Dr Martine Stoffels is a highly experienced Consultant Neuropsychiatrist working exclusively in private practice, with specialist expertise in acquired brain injury, complex neurobehavioural rehabilitation, risk management and medicinal cannabis treatment within neuropsychiatric populations. She has worked extensively across inpatient brain injury units, low secure services, locked rehabilitation settings, residential placements, supported living environments, and community neurorehabilitation pathways, giving her an unusually broad understanding of how complex neuropsychiatric risk presents and evolves across different levels of care.
Her clinical work focuses on individuals with acquired brain injury, executive dysfunction, frontal lobe syndromes, organic personality disorder, psychosis, affective instability, cognitive impairment, post-traumatic epilepsy, substance misuse, and highly complex behavioural presentations. She frequently works with patients whose needs span neurological, psychiatric, cognitive, behavioural, safeguarding, and social domains, requiring sophisticated formulation and highly coordinated multidisciplinary rehabilitation planning.
