Velaris Integrated Interventions has been designed to work alongside case managers, not instead of them.
Velaris Integrated Interventions is not intended to replace the case manager. Instead, it provides a time-limited, intensive rehabilitation resource that can be commissioned by the case manager to address particularly complex presentations where progress has stalled, risks are escalating, or a coordinated MDT is required urgently.
The case manager remains responsible for overall coordination of the claim, stakeholder management, litigation support, family liaison, long-term planning and oversight of the client's rehabilitation journey.
